Happy New Year!
Thank you to all our customers, colleagues, employees and friends of PRIMIX for your collaboration and support in 2019. Last year was a very busy year for the company. Furthermore, it was another year of strange weather and natural disasters, and our hearts go out to those who have suffered. We hope for better things in 2020.

Economically overseas, we still see little progress in the trade war between the US and China, and combined with the cooling of relations with South Korea, this year could see some impacts. However, we have the Tokyo (partially Sapporo) Olympics to look forward to, and which should offset trade conditions.

This past year, we started construction on phase 2 of the plant expansion and completed it in May. We finished off the project with a barbecue site that was completed on October 10. This completes all plants for construction at PRIMIX headquarters in Awaji Island. We are still struggling to meet customer requirements as far as lead-time, but we hope these improvements in our engineering capability will help ameliorate our inefficiencies toward better outcomes. We hope to be completely up an running in the new part of the factory by year's end.
