Happy New Year! This New Year marks the first for us at our new location, Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, where we relocated our headquarters, plant, and the Emulsification and Dispersion Technology Laboratory® in August. Personally, I also relocated to the company residence on the campus, and am very pleased to be celebrating this New Year from my new home.

I would also like to thank the many customers who visited our new plant for Mixing Vision 2015, making it another successful year for that program. I was somewhat concerned that the new location might cause attendance to drop but quite the contrary was true. The program filled up much quicker than expected. I would like to express my gratitude to those who participated and if we missed the mark in any area, please forgive our unpreparedness.

Last year was the start of our new midterm business plan, CHANGE--"Change yourself, your ideas, and your actions to change the future." Along with that plan, came the company move which completely changed the tangible side of our business--the facilities, the equipment, the physical environment, everything. For that very reason, the old way of doing business has become outmoded and we have embarked boldly on real CHANGE. Our goal remains the same, however, and that is to be the one place customers can go to solve any and all their problems with regard to mixing. With CHANGE however, we are working hard to achieve that goal, and do it even better than before. Thank you, and I wish each and every one of you a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.
