Happy New Year and thank you for your hard work and cooperation last year.

I hope you all start the New Year with health and well-being. As we approach the New Year with renewed vitality and commitment toward improving management quality, I hope we can continue to receive your support and cooperation.

Over one year ago in November, we changed the name of the company signifying a major divergence in the history of our company and with your cooperation since then, the name has seemed to take a firm hold. Furthermore, the current mid-term business plan entitled "RESET" is our attempt to put dramatic improvements of our management philosophies and principles into action in a number of different facets. As we have proceeded with some of these improvements, we have begun to see the changes take form and recognize the benefits.

However, there is still a long way to go. We are continuing with those plans by changing our accounting period, and by developing the newly established Battery Cell Device Dept, PEACE, which will establish a world presence for PRIMIX in this industry. In March, we newly established the customer-oriented testing building at the Saitama office and plan to do more renovations at the headquarters customer lab. "RESET" signifies our decision to stand from the viewpoint of the customer and implement major management changes. I look forward to your continued support and cooperation as we move forward with these bold steps in the New Year.
